These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website natali.blog (the “Website”), operated by Rubyness Ltd, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC729112 (“Natali.blog”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or sending a message through its contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Subject
The Website is Natali’s personal blog. It publishes stories and articles about AI, people and everything in between, and lets you write to the author. Stories and articles reflect the author’s personal views and experience, are provided for general information only and do not constitute an offer, a binding quotation or professional (including legal, medical, financial or technical) advice. Any collaboration is possible only under a separate written agreement with Rubyness Ltd; if such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or third-party information without permission through the contact form;
- send spam, malicious code or automated requests, or try to interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any related systems;
- copy or scrape the Website’s content in bulk, except as allowed by law.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Website — including stories, articles, illustrations, logos, design and code — is owned by or licensed to Rubyness Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may read, share links to and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original story. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, translation or distribution, requires our prior written permission. The Natali.blog name and logo may not be used without our consent. Third-party names, trademarks and quoted materials belong to their respective owners.
4. Third-party links
Stories and their source lists link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
5. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or error-free, or that the Website will be uninterrupted or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubyness Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Personal data
When you write through the contact form, we process the data you provide (your name or pseudonym, email address and message) only to read and answer your message. 7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Website after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.
